Cablecity.co.uk offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that at any time within 14 days of receiving your product you may return it for a full refund of the cost of the product.
We cannot accept returns of certain items under this guarantee. These are...
Raw cable which has been cut to a particular length you have specified. Software where the product has been opened (taken out of its sealed wrapping) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged by you, or you have mislaid parts. Where a product or item has been custom-built, adapted, or painted to your specifications. Where a product has been specially ordered for you, and you have been advised of this. Where a product has been supplied on a trade (i.e. non end-user) basis. Where we have indicated in the catalogue that this policy does not apply to an item.
Carriage charges
If the return is a result of a failing or error on our part, in addition to refunding the purchase price of the product, we are also prepared to refund the initial carriage charge to you, and also reimburse any reasonable carriage charge incurred by you when you returned the product to us. If the reason for return is not due to a failing or error on our part, we ask that you be responsible for the carriage charges.
Warranty
Cablecity.co.uk also offer a full 1 year warranty, which means that if a product fails in normal use within a year, it's covered! If it fails within the first month we will swap it for new, if it is after the first month, we may choose to repair it.
Frankly, in the rare cases that our products fail, usually we'll simply replace it for you!
These extra assurances are in addition to your statutory rights!
